LIANZA Conference 2013: Call for Abstracts

Hey everyone,

Not sure if you’ve seen the call for abstracts for LIANZA Conference 2013 that was released last week – so here it is! For more information, check out the Abstracts page.

Deadline for submissions is Friday, May 3, 2013.

Lightning sessions

Do have a read and think about anything you might like to present on. There is the option of a lightning session, which is 10 minutes max (including Q and As). This is a good option for students presenting research, or someone presenting a message with 2-3 key points.

Get sponsorship to Present a short session at PUB-SIG workshop

Or another opportunity for presenting at LIANZA Conference is through the Pub-SIG workshop, which also offers sponsorship! PubSIG announced some exciting opportunities for new presenters to present at LIANZA Conference 2013 as part of the PubSIG session – with some sponsorship opportunities!!! For more information, check out the full details here.

You also have the opportunity of being mentored as well, so do think about it – and apply! The deadline for submissions is 30th April, 2013.

One Response to LIANZA Conference 2013: Call for Abstracts

  1. I presented a Lightning Session on my INFO 580 topic at the LIANZA 2012 conference in Palmerston North, and it was a great experience, and looks good on my CV. I also got to attend the whole conference, which was excellent for my continuing professional development.
